We use water only No Harsh Chemicals “ Soft washing”, and when your roof is clean we use a copper sulfate which the treatment is guaranteed for 2 years, but advise to do a Checkup visit at 1 year to make sure a new treatment is not needed, as our harsh SWFL weather sometimes cause things to wear off sooner than planned.
